Finca La Esperanza, Ana Vizcaino

Finca La Esperanza, nestled in the hills of the dormant volcano, Cerro Pecul, is the farm of Ana Vizcaino, a third generation coffee producer. Ana is committed to biodiversity, organic agriculture and people. Her farm, located in Zunilito, Suchitepequez, Guatemala, is also Smithsonian bird friendly certified, boasting an impressive array of tree life under which she lovingly produces her fine coffee. Raising a variety of cultivars from Caturra and Catuai to Margiohipe, Typica, Bourbon and F1 Centroamericano, señora Vizcaino has also recently established her own wet mill: Beneficio Don Chilo. The establishment of Don Chilo has put full control of the process in the hands of the people that care most about the coffee, and we can taste the love.
