Yidinekachew Dabessa Farm grows an heirloom Limu coffee processed on modern East African beds. Mesfin Dabessa takes pride in picking ripe cherries and paying close attention to the process, resulting in a complex cup with clean fruit and chocolate notes. We roast this coffee lighter than we traditionally roast natural processed coffees. Even in this lighter roast profile, the body and creaminess of this cup is astounding. This coffee is excellent in any preparation including espresso -- a testament to the careful attention at farm level.
